I am a holistic nutritionist and believe in promoting all foods to be eaten in moderation as a part of a healthy balanced diet. I always emphasize that moderation is the key to success for a healthy weight loss journey and consider that variety is the spice of life. I acknowledge that every individual is unique with different needs and there is “no single diet” for all or a “magic pill” which will cure all the illness.
