Abhinav Panda is a sports management and fitness professional with a strong background in sports coaching, centre operations, marketing, and athlete development. He holds a Master’s degree in Sports Performance from the University of Portsmouth, along with an Executive Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences. He is also a certified Level 2 and Level 3 Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Abhinav has experience working across football academies, sports organizations, marketing agencies, and fitness facilities in both India and the UK. His work includes centre operations management, event and tournament coordination, digital marketing, athlete training, and stakeholder management. He has successfully managed sports centres, increased participation and revenue through structured programs such as camps and grassroots initiatives, and executed digital marketing campaigns that improved engagement and registrations.

With a combination of sports science knowledge, coaching experience, business operations, and marketing expertise, Abhinav focuses on developing structured sports programs, improving participation pathways, and creating sustainable sports and fitness initiatives. His professional interests lie in sports development, grassroots football, performance training, sports marketing, and sports operations management.
